BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 600 block of Commercial Lane, being on the northeast line of Commercial Lane southeast of Mountain Creek Road. Lot 2A, Mountain Creek Commercial Park, as shown by plat of record in plat book 42, page 422, ROHC, and the northwest 25 feet of Lot 3, Mountain Creek Commercial Park, as shown by plat of record in plat book 41, page 156, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4186, page 76, ROHC, and part of the property described in deed book 4590, page 108, ROHC.
